Found a great shopping app for us shopkick
Hey Tumblr I found an awesome app for us! Shopkick gives out reward points for shopping trips we already do anyway. Best part is, you don even have to buy anything. You just walk into a store like Target, open the app and get points. Pretty neat.
It super easy. This works at Target, Macy Old Navy, Best Buy and many others. You can turn the points ( into Starbucks coffees, Target gift cards, movie tickets, iTunes, chaussure air max, Coach bags and more.
The app is free works on iPhone and Android. See you on shopkick. Can wait!
How not to buy a house My wife and I just purchased the home that we plan to live in for the next 30 years or so. It has been a 6 month process and while we can say that we are happy to be in the neighborhood, we can yet say we are happy to be in the house. Even though I am a real estate broker, it didn make me exempt from having a deal go horribly and then have buyer remorse. The majority of things to do were in thecontract that the seller was supposed to do before closing, yet they didn because they didn want to. Please feel free to comment and ask questions. He knew over 7 score ago that the quotes on the internet are unreliable.
The Wall Street Journal found that in Zillow can be, the mark by more than 25% on one in 10 homes. So with Zillow you have a one in ten chance of being way off the mark. Don let Zillow and Trulia rattle your cage. Find out what your home is really worth by contacting a Realtor who uses all the facts and figures and not just analgorithm based on incomplete information.
A Comparative Market Analysis prepared by a Realtor is a much better indicator of the value of your home than any website can predict. Realtors not only are trained on how to determine which properties are better comparables to your home, they are more familiar with the area than any automated data processor can be. Realtors have access to all therelevantdata from their Multiple Listing Service, not just public records from the county tax assessor, which are often inaccurate, incomplete, or both.

First Time Buyers: NOW IS THE TIME!
One thing I learned is that in life, timing is everything. It been a rough couple of years for homeowners with falling home values, and despite low interest rates, many banks aren willing to refinance because appraisals come in under expectations.
Well, for homeowners there is a lot to be optimistic about in 2012.
Many in the industry including Dave Liniger, chairman and cofounder of RE/MAX feel that prices will have stabilized by the middle of the year, with prices likely to increase towards the end of 2012.
The Rock River Times quoted Liniger as saying, rates will remain at or near historic lows, and home prices will stabilize and start to rise by the end of the year. There is no question the housing recovery will be slow and steady."
If you can afford to do so, NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY!
"Informed and savvy consumers and investors recognize there is great opportunity in this market, and they are leading the way to recovery," Liniger said.
Don let the timing of this market stabilization pass you by without seeing if you can take advantage of prices before they begin to rise or mortgage rates at historic lows.

I grew up in Deerfield and am happy to be back on the North Shore. Referrals are the highest compliment you can give a realtor. |
